Start Global is not a bank
Start Global is a technology platform. It is not a bank or a financial institution, it does not take deposits and it does not hold your funds. Financial services are provided by regulated partners:
- Dollar accounts are issued by Lead Bank, Member FDIC, through Bridge (a Stripe company).
- Bridge also provides euro accounts, the stablecoin wallet, conversions and transfers.
- Card payments for businesses are processed by Stripe, under the terms the business accepts when connecting its account.
- Local-currency services will be provided by regulated partners in each country.
